We work hard to package orders and get them to you as soon as possible. Processing time is 1-3 business days. We ship First Class & Priority mail through the United States Postal Service. Once your order is packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. (Please be sure to ship to a secure location as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages).

$8.95 - Expedited shipping. (2-3 day. Insured).

NOTE: Shipping times are provided by the United States Postal Service and are not guaranteed by Luna Pearl Boutique. Shipping times may be slower during any holiday season.
We also ship to Canada & Mexico
Due to recent slowdowns by USPS, some orders may take longer to reach it's destination at no fault of Luna Pearl Boutique. Please understand your order goes out as soon as possible but we cannot control slowdowns by the Postal Service. Thank you for understanding.
Preorders
Often we have items that sell out very quickly. If we have enough restock sign-ups, we will call our supplier to restock those particular items for you. Upon confirmation that they have been shipped to us, we may open up a pre-order opportunity. If your order contains a pre-ordered item, plus additional in-stock items, the order will ship in it's entirety when available.
Tracking Your Order
If there is a problem with your order, or an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email and/or phone. Please be sure to provide correct contact information.
